We have considered welding booth for Welding Fume Extraction System. Initially in during welding gouging, all the fumes are scattering in the shop floor area which is harmful to the operator’s health. For this application, we have provided metal casing box size. Welding gouging fumes will gather in the casing box only. At top of the welding table, we have provided special designed hoods / ducting which will suck the generated fumes thru 20 HP centrifugal fan. While welding gouging, the operator should get the fresh, filtered cool air inside the casing box.

Contaminated gas flows through a specially designed packing media that is wetted with recirculated liquid. Packaged bed scrubbers (also referred to as packed column scrubbers) are designed for chemical scrubbing of contaminants from gas streams.
